Great location, friendly staff, separate living/sleeping areas, well-appointed rooms, good value for money.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Hotel’s position close to morrisey platter and easy connection to Sunburst Express. We spent our evenings in nearby masa's bar & grill enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Room was a good value. It was definitely 3 stars for us.

Considerate staff and okay rooms. I liked that there was a bathtub. The venue was easy walk to Sundance Express.

I recently had a great overnight stay at a hotel in Sun Peaks. the staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the location was excellent, as it was in the center of the village, close to the ski hill, shops, and lifts. the room itself was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel also had a hot tub, which was a nice addition to my stay. it was a pleasant experience.
A reservation error, but it was promptly corrected and the hotel compensated for the inconvenience.

Well taken care of and clean
Your ad stated the price of $44.50 per dayat half price, but at the hotel they charged 49.50 saying it was their half price. I paid it, but let them know I was not impressed with difference in price from what was advertised.

Beautiful room: split level with excellent facilities. Beautiful surroundings. Very helpful staff
An expensive restaurant on site - bit of a monopoly for out-of-season travellers arriving late in the evening. Excellent food, small portions.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the center of the village and just a short walk to the ski hill. Being able to ski in and ski out was a huge plus for us. The rooms were well-appointed and we loved the separate living and sleeping areas in the loft room. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The lodge was clean. comfortable and in a lovely setting. The location was excellent. We did not try the dining facility but it appeared more than adequate
We arrived to find a wedding reception taking place. Our room was on the fourth floor, but due to no air condition in the room; we were required to open the window for comfort. The reception was directly below and continued loudly just past 2 am. This was unacceptable. We reported it to the staff next morning; she was busy with a personal call and seemed tp be annoyed to end the call. she said she would report our concern to the manager. Not sure if she did.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The convenient parking and transportation options made exploring the area hassle-free. The hotel's location in the center of the village meant easy access to restaurants, shops, and lifts. Additionally, being in close proximity to the local Foam Fest event was a bonus.
Everything was fantastic.

What a great way to ring in the New Year! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts. Our room was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and the communal hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. We also appreciated the quick response from staff when we had a question about the room.
The TV channels were limited and it was difficult to find a news program. there was a charge for parking at the hotel, which seemed unnecessary considering the limited availability of parking.

Overall quality was good. Enjoyed the location as a quick getaway from Kamloops, which is our home and less than an hour away. Helped open our eyes to vacation getaways that are close to home.
Lack of air conditioning was disappointing. We can understand that for a mountain resort, air conditioning would be a low use item. However, when we visited in August, it was a warm night an air conditioning would have made it a perfect stay.
